• C. DETAILED PLANNING STAGE

  The detailed planning stage was the last stage of the public engagement exercise of HER. The main objective of this stage was to ensure that the Recommended Outline Development Plan ("RODP") and amendments to relevant Outline Zoning Plans ("OZPs"), formulated based on the Concept Plan and comments received, reflected the consensus reached or majority public views expressed at the Realization Stage of HER.
  
  A public briefing was organized on 23 June 2007 to provide opportunity for the public to provide views on the RODP and Draft OZPs, making sure these plans would reflect the majority public views expressed at the Realization Stage. A total of 147 attendees participated in the briefing.
